Catechism of the Catholic Church 1032
From the beginning the Church has honored the memory of the dead and offered prayers in suffrage for them, above all the Eucharistic sacrifice, so that, thus purified, they may attain the beatific vision of God. The Church also commends almsgiving, indulgences, and works of penance undertaken on behalf of the dead.

Offer the Sacrifice of the Mass for your Loved Ones
- Anyone may request a Mass to be said for a deceased family member or friend.
- Intentions are $5 per Mass and limited to 3 intentions per $5. (Effective January 1, 2023)
- Intentions are printed weekly in the church bulletin.
- Intentions are not accepted for Good Friday as there is no Mass.
- If you request an intention to appear in the bulletin on a specific date, the information must be in the office at least 2 weeks in advance of the date you are requesting.

There are Several Ways to submit intentions:1. Mail your list of intentions, along with the stipends to the office address below.
Please include your name and phone number so we can reach you if we have
any questions. If you would like a specific date or day of the week, please

3. Drop an envelope in the collection labeled "Mass Intentions". Be sure to include
your list of intentions, along with the stipends. Include your name and phone
